ANNOUNCEMENT

The Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after Academician V.V.Ohidov announces the start of admission to clinical residency based on the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 238 dated July 17, 2024.

LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

1. Application addressed to the director of the Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after Academician V.V.Ohidov (Download File).

2. Document of higher education (or a copy of the diploma for graduates of higher education institutions of Uzbekistan who completed on a grant basis) and its supplement.

3. Medical certificate form U-086

4. Passport (pages with photo and registration stamp)

5. Resume (form)

6. Certified copy of the work record book (or electronic version with barcode)

7. Photos 3x4 (8 pieces)

8. Document confirming privileges during admission according to legislation.

Acceptance of documents for clinical residency is carried out from June 20 to August 20, 2024 (inclusive).

Documents are accepted electronically at xirurgiya.markazi.qabul.2024@gmail.com (please provide high-quality scanned documents).

In connection with the start of admissions for the 2024/2025 academic year, a Call Center has been established at the Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after Academician V.V.Ohidov to facilitate the work of applicants and their parents efficiently.

Admission to clinical residency specialties is conducted in one stage based on entrance tests for the selected specialty.

Quota distribution for clinical residency specialties for the 2024/2025 academic year at the Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after Academician V.V.Ohidov:

Anesthesiology and Intensive Care – 20 seats (contract)

Medical Radiology – 20 seats (contract)

General Surgery – 24 seats (contract)

Cardiac Surgery – 10 seats (contract)*

Transplantology – 10 seats (contract)*

* Attention candidates for admission to “Cardiac Surgery” (10 quotas) or “Transplantology” (10 quotas)!

For admission to clinical residency in “Cardiac Surgery” or “Transplantology,” a diploma in General Surgery (master’s or completed clinical residency) is required. Applications without the necessary diploma will not be accepted.

Doctors who have completed clinical residency on a grant or contract basis but have not worked for 3 years are not re-admitted!
