Cardiac Surgeries in Uzbekistan Supported by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center of Saudi Arabia

As part of a charitable initiative organized by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, an important medical project was implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Specifically, more than 20 highly skilled specialists arrived at the "Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after academician V. Vakhidov" to perform cardiac surgeries. This visit was facilitated by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Saudi Arabia.

Throughout the week, open and closed cardiac surgeries are planned in collaboration with local specialists. All expenses related to the surgeries will be fully covered by the charitable fund.

Prior to the project's implementation, a practical conference was held at the "Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after academician V. Vakhidov." The event was attended by the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Uzbekistan, Yousef Saleh Algahrah Al-Otaibi, the First Deputy Minister of Health, Davron Tahirovich Sultanov, and representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who emphasized the significance of the initiative and wished success to the project.
