As part of a humanitarian initiative organized by the King Mohammed Bin Salman Humanitarian Aid Center from Saudi Arabia, an important medical project is being implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Over 20 qualified specialists have arrived at the "Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after Academician V. Vakhidov" to carry out cardiac surgeries. This initiative was made possible with the support of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The opening ceremony was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Health, Davron Tahirovich Sultanov. He emphasized the significance of this charitable initiative and highlighted the crucial role that international cooperation plays in the development of Uzbekistan's healthcare sector.

During the Saudi specialists' visit, a series of complex cardiac surgeries are planned, which will provide critical assistance to many patients suffering from heart diseases.
