Results of Transformation and Future Development Plans Discussed at Surgery Center

An expanded working meeting was held at the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after Academician V.V. Vakhidov, led by the Director of the Center, S.I. Ismailov, and Chief Manager Dr. Kim Chul Soo.

During the meeting, the results of the work completed, ongoing renovations, and the next stages of the Center’s operational transformation were presented to the team. Special attention was paid to improving outpatient clinic operations, optimizing patient navigation, reducing wait times, enhancing service quality, as well as advancing digitalization and standardizing work processes.

The entire staff of the Center participated in the meeting. Employees listened attentively to the proposals, asked questions, and shared their own ideas. The discussion took place in an open and constructive atmosphere.

The ongoing changes are aimed at building a modern, efficient, and patient-centered operating system at the Center.
