On April 28, the Academician V.V. Vakhidov Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Surgery hosted a free campaign for in-depth medical examinations of mahalla chairpersons.

Mahalla chairpersons work with the population daily, resolve social issues, carry great responsibility, and often face high levels of stress. Therefore, regular health monitoring is essential for maintaining their ability to work and their effective engagement with residents.

At the initiative of Professor S.I. Ismailov, Deputy of the Tashkent City Kengash of People's Deputies and Director of the Center of Surgery, chairpersons from 11 mahallas of the 10th Chukursoy district of the Almazar region underwent examinations: "Yangi Toshkent", "Pakhta", "Moyarik", "Gulzor", "Elparvar", "Ahil", "Ibrohim Ota", "Chukursoy", "Gulsaroy", "Istiqbol", and "Umid".

The goal of the campaign is to improve the health of mahalla chairpersons, provide early disease prevention, and support their important community activities.
