International cooperation

The Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after Academician V. Vakhidov actively develops international cooperation in medical science, education, and practical surgery. The Center maintains partnerships with leading clinics, research institutes, and universities in Europe, Asia, and other regions. The goal of this international collaboration is to integrate cutting-edge advances in global medicine into healthcare practices in the Republic of Uzbekistan, improve the qualifications of domestic specialists, and develop joint scientific research. This collaboration includes internships and experience exchange for physicians and researchers, as well as joint conferences, master classes, and educational programs.

The Center participates in international congresses and symposia, presenting the achievements of the Uzbek surgical school and strengthening the country's image in the global medical arena. Particular attention is paid to the development of cardiovascular surgery, transplantology, endoscopic and reconstructive surgery, where the Center serves as a reliable partner in joint scientific and clinical projects. The constant expansion of international relations facilitates the Center's integration into the global medical community, the exchange of innovative technologies, and the improvement of the quality of medical care for patients in line with international standards.
