Successful Surgical and Oncological Management of Advanced Pancreatic Tumor

Patient: Ni Elena, born in 1970 (age 55)
Place of residence: Tashkent region.

She presented to our center on October 23, 2024 with a diagnosis of:
A large tumor of the pancreas — the tumor had spread to the posterior wall of the liver, the antral part of the stomach, the duodenum, and the retroperitoneal para-aortic area (T4N1M0).
Complications: Cholestasis, gastrostasis.
Comorbid condition: Post-cholecystectomy state — presented with a diagnosis of choledochus drainage using the Pikovski method.

On October 31, 2024, a scheduled surgery was performed:
Laparotomy, extended subtotal gastrectomy with pancreatoduodenectomy; creation of a gastroenteroanastomosis and hepatikoenteroanastomosis.

After the surgery, the patient underwent a course of chemotherapy at the Republican Oncology Center.
Her current general condition is satisfactory.

On June 10, 2025, during a follow-up MSCT scan of the chest and abdominal cavity at our center, no new focal or infiltrative changes were found in the lung parenchyma or abdominal cavity.
