On September 30, the grand opening of the XII All-Russian Congress of Transplantologists was held at the "Academician V. I. Shumakov National Medical Research Center for Transplantology and Artificial Organs" under the Ministry of Health of Russia. This event was organized in celebration of the center's 55th anniversary as a leader in the field of transplantology.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Albertovich Murashko, who addressed the participants with a congratulatory speech and presented honorary awards on behalf of the Ministry of Health.

One of the honored guests was our center’s director, Professor Saidmurad Ibragimovich Ismailov. Additionally, our colleagues Zarina Ruslanovna Khaybullina and Zafarbek Ulugbekovich Abdugafurov participated with their scientific presentations, which garnered significant interest.

Among the distinguished guests were Igor Nikolaevich Kagramanyan, Director of the Health Department of the Russian Federation, Badma Nikolaevich Bashankayev, Chairman of the Health Committee of the State Duma, Veronika Igorevna Skvortsova, Head of the Federal Biomedical Agency, Vladimir Ivanovich Starodubov, Academician-Secretary of the Medical Sciences Department of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and Alla Vladimirovna Samoylova, Head of the Federal Service for Health Oversight.

The Congress served as a platform for leading experts to exchange experiences and foster collaboration, playing a crucial role in advancing achievements in the field of transplantation.
