Under the leadership of the Director of the Republican Specialized Surgical Center named after Academician V. Vakhidov, Professor Saidmurod Ismailov, a working group conducted a meeting at the Palace of Culture located in the Balikchi district of the Andijan region during their official visit.

The meeting was attended by the Hokim of Balikchi district, Jasurbek Odiljonovich Abduraimov, the Head of the TTB, Mukhtasarkhan Ergasheva, the Head of the Department of Andijan region, Shokhrukhmirzo Mamayonov, as well as several directors of district medical centers of Andijan.

The purpose of the meeting was to study the current state of surgical services in the region and the condition of medical institutions.

In addition, district and city hospitals were inspected, and meetings were held with residents of several mahallas, during which direct communication with the population took place and their concerns were heard. Awareness campaigns promoting a healthy lifestyle were conducted, and necessary recommendations were provided.
