These days, a team of qualified specialists, led by the director of the Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Surgery, is conducting high-tech surgeries in the Bukhara region.

The patient, B.A., is 33 years old and was diagnosed with chronic kidney failure. He had been undergoing hemodialysis treatment for several years.

After the necessary examinations and indications, the father donated one of his kidneys to his son. The operation was carried out at the inter-district center for trauma and acute vascular diseases in Karakul, with the participation of local specialists.

Currently, both the patient and the donor are in good condition. The treatment is ongoing.
