The department has 30 beds equipped with the necessary equipment for diagnosis and treatment of patients with various cardiovascular diseases.
The department has 3 angiographic laboratories equipped with modern Phillips angiographic systems, as well as a laboratory for electrophysiological study of cardiac arrhythmias and radiofrequency ablation, equipped with a 3D navigation mapping system.
The department performs more than 30 types of interventions at the world level for coronary heart disease, congenital and acquired heart defects, aortic diseases, congenital and acquired vascular diseases, as well as for cardiac arrhythmias.
For some types of X-ray endovascular interventions, the department occupies a leading position among the CIS countries.
More than 2,500 angiographic studies and more than 1,000 interventional procedures are performed annually.
The department staff consists of 10 interventional cardiologists and endovascular surgeons.
Every year, the department specialists undergo advanced training abroad and give scientific presentations at international conferences.
The department has established international cooperation, regularly performing joint operations with leading specialists from foreign clinics to introduce the latest developments in the field of endovascular surgery.
