As a result of negotiations aimed at establishing and developing relations with the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center of Saudi Arabia, an agreement has been reached to implement the next project in Uzbekistan. On December 21, 2024, representatives of the League of Arab States visited the Surgical Center. During the visit, a meeting was held with the center's director, Professor S.I. Ismailov. The League of Arab States plans to provide pro bono assistance in our Surgical Center, where leading cardiac surgeons from Saudi Arabia will perform surgical treatment for congenital heart defects in children. During the visit, Saudi specialists closely examined the activities, material and technical base, and the capabilities of the doctors at the Surgical Center, emphasizing that the successful implementation of the project will take place in this hospital. The project is scheduled for February 2025.

It should be noted that in October 2024, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center conducted a pro bono assistance project at the Surgical Center, which included 88 surgical operations on adult citizens of Uzbekistan using open and endovascular methods.
