Patient Shirinova M., 64 years old, from Samarkand region, was admitted to our facility in critical condition.
She was diagnosed with autoimmune cirrhosis of the liver, portal hypertension, splenomegaly, ascites, hepatic encephalopathy, and hepatorenal syndrome.
Upon admission, her total bilirubin level exceeded 600 mmol/L. A life-saving related liver transplant was performed.
The patient was discharged in satisfactory condition 20 days after the operation.
