  • About the department

    - The department was established in 2014 on the basis of the Republican Specialized Center of Surgery named after Academician V. Vakhidov;
    - More than 600 high-tech operations on abdominal organs are performed per year;
    - The department staff consists of 4 surgeons (1 Doctor of Medical Sciences, 2 PhDs, 1 resident physician);
    - The department is deployed on 15 beds
    - Every year, specialists are sent abroad for training/advanced training
